     Dr. Tranese Cook is a board-certified Internal medicine physician who completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Atlanta Medical Center in 2005. She went on to work in primary care in southwest Atlanta serving minority patients for the next 7 years. She subsequently worked as the sole physician in a new corporate healthcare clinic for one of the largest banks in the U.S. followed by work for the next several years as an independent contractor working for various healthcare establishments. She has also done extensive work in telemedicine for various companies but is passionate about closing the gaps present in the current U.S. Healthcare system when it comes to provision of equitable healthcare for African Americans. She and Dr. LeBoyd recognize that the healthcare model is rapidly evolving with innovation in technology and desire to see that minorities are not left behind. She resides in Metro Atlanta and is licensed to practice medicine in Georgia, Alabama, and Louisiana.
